SHIPPING
At Marco Sqrd, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. All orders are carefully processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of purchase. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS, while international customers may select from available shipping options at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer. While we take every measure to ensure orders arrive safely and promptly, Marco Sqrd is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
RETURN POLICY
At Marco Sqrd, we take pride in offering carefully curated second-hand and archival garments. Please note that all items have either been previously worn or resold after retail purchase, and may display varying degrees of wear consistent with their age and use. We make every effort to accurately represent each item’s condition through detailed photos and descriptions so customers can shop with confidence.
If there is an issue or error with your order, please contact us directly and our team will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Customers requesting an order cancellation prior to shipment may be eligible for a refund minus shipping and service fees, as these costs are covered by Marco Sqrd at the time of purchase. Marco Sqrd reserves the right to decline cancellations, returns, or exchanges at our discretion. All sales are considered final.
AUTHENTICITY
At Marco Sqrd, authenticity and transparency are at the core of everything we do. Every item offered for sale undergoes a thorough in-house authentication process, where each garment is carefully inspected in detail, from material quality and stitching to labels, tags, finishes, and brand-specific characteristics. Our goal is to ensure that every client can shop with complete confidence, knowing exactly what they are purchasing. We do not list any item unless we are fully confident in its authenticity. In the unlikely event that an authenticity issue is identified after purchase, the customer will receive a full refund.
TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order with Marco Sqrd, you agree to the terms outlined above and enter into a binding agreement with our store policies. We require that all information provided at checkout is accurate and complete, and that you are the authorized user of the payment method used for the purchase.
An order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of your order, and Marco Sqrd reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
